Our peer led social support group meet on the third Sunday of each month in Bendigo from 1pm-3pm. These social gatherings are for all ages and we welcome allies to join with us.

TGD and allies clothing swap – Chillout Festival, Daylesford : 9th and 10th March, 2024 : 11am

The fun, free and non-gendered clothing swap by Trans and Gender Diverse Bendigo and Beyond will be set up at Chillout Festival in Daylesford for two whole days:

Saturday 9th March
Sunday 10th March
All ages trans, gender diverse, families and allies are invited to attend.
Bring along some items that no longer affirm your identity, or arrive with nothing but a great attitude. You are invited to browse through hundreds of free items of already donated clothing, shoes and accessories to find the items that help you feel affirmed in your identity.
Celebrate the full diversity and opportunities of self expression through fashion while enjoying an opportunity to socialise and explore identity in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.

The fun, free and non-gendered clothing swap by Trans and Gender Diverse Bendigo and Beyond will be set up at Bendigo Pride Festival for Pride in the Park.

Celebrate Pride in the iconic Rosiland Park. Musicians, drag acts, face painting, games and the Thorne Harbour Dog Show. Bring a picnic and hang out with your rainbow family. Open to all.

DRAGON MAKING WORKSHOP

LGBTIQ community and friends will be participating in the Bendigo Easter Parade 2024.The theme is ‘Year of the Dragon’ and the Gala parade of which we have entered falls on Trans Day of Visibility. For these reasons, TGDBB plan to create some Pride and Trans colored dragons to dance along the parade route within our entry. Bendigo Easter Gala Parade / Trans Day of Visibility : 31st March, 2024

LGBTIQ community and friends will be participating in the Bendigo Easter Parade 2024, as we did in 2023. See video from 2023 here. The theme for the 2024 Bendigo Easter Parade is ‘Year of the Dragon’ and the Gala parade of which we have entered falls on Trans Day of Visibility.
